About Legacy West

Legacy West is a condominium community of 176 units in eleven residential buildings at 2201 Ramsgate Drive in Henderson, Nevada, near Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road. Common areas include a clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness room, and assigned carport parking.

The Association, Legacy West Condominium Association, Inc., is a Nevada nonprofit corporation whose Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Nevada Secretary of State on July 19, 1994. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners and operates under its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, its Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board, and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116.

Day to day operations, accounting, and compliance are handled by the Association's management company, Assured Real Estate.
