With the Holiday's approaching, the Board would like to remind all residents regarding the rules when installing Holiday Decorations per the governing documents.
Rules and Regulations 8 (a-c)
A) Decorations may be placed four weeks prior to the holiday & removed 5 days following the holiday.
B) Christmas/Holiday lights will be permitted on the patio /balcony area the day after Thanksgiving through January 10th
C) No decorations may be placed or erected on the common area area exterior of the unit.
